USE ENERGY, BUT DON’T WASTE ENERGY
Recently, a lot of ads show us that we should GO GREEN. But most of them do not guide us how to do. Here are a few tips to do to keep the planet green.save

Plant More Trees
Grow more trees as much as we can. The trees take care of the CO2 level and keep this earth cool and maintains green. Falling more trees from this planet is nothing but killing our own kind. Our only hope is trees.

Electricity:
Install CFL lamps instead of using Incandescent lamp. Switch off the lights and fans in the rooms when you really don’t need them. Use energy efficient equipments (washing machines, Fridge, etc). LCD monitors and LCD TV consumes less power than the CRT.

Fuel:
If you own a vehicle, switch off the engine when you are waiting at a signal. Drive at normal speed and often don’t use the clutch. Service the vehicle periodically to ensure good mileage. If you travel to a nearby location, use your bicycle.

Food:
Everyone waste a lot of the food we buy. Food products are getting costlier and shortage is increasing. Many countries are starving without food, but here we are wasting nutritious food. So keep in mind of the future generations and see that you do not waste much.

Plastic:
Do not use polythene bags. Use recyclable paper or cloth bags. Plastic bags are the most silent threat posed to this earth. When buried it chokes the rain water from seeping into ground, when burnt it releases toxins and pollutes the atmosphere.

Water:
Fresh water is not obtained very easily. Due to pollution, the water table has lost its purity and at many places pure underground water is nearly impossible. There are no chances of our living without fresh water. No species will survive when this happens. The earth will become a dust bowl.

The above given are just a few tips. There’s a lot more methods to keep this planet green as it was. So, help me save this earth.

LIVE AND LET OTHERS LIVE.
